Due to the limited and curated nature of our collections, we operate a strict returns policy.

To return an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for return within 48 hours of delivery at larchivecustomercare@gmail.com. 

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and imagery carefully before placing an order.

Each L’ARCHIVE piece is produced and prepared in limited quantities.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at larchivecustomercare@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Important Notes

  • Items reported outside of the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.

  • All items must remain unworn and in original condition for any resolution to be considered.
